Collision Center Warehouse & Parts Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Procure parts for all collision center needs
  • Create and maintain a working relationship with vendors
  • Negotiate to maximize best discounts
  • Arbitrate damages to parts we accept in an expeditious manner
  • Return all parts not being used in repairs
  • Track all returns until credit received
  • Resolve all wrong part issues with technicians and notify estimators of delays
  • Keep CCC updated with ETA’s, following up routinely on missing parts
  • Bill all parts in CCC1 and notate as needed for accounting billing
  • Participate in daily production meetings
  • Manage parts warehouse and warehouse associate
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION:

Your supervisor will be our Collision Center Manager, DeWayne White, who has over 20 years of automotive experience.
